If we could, we would give Garrison Roofing ten stars! Garrison Roofing was recommended to us by friends in our neighborhood who recently had their roof done. We went over to look at the roofing project on their home. I could see Garrison's workmanship was exemplary. Those owners had Garrison order custom roofing from overseas. Garrison handled that order with professional care. We had hail damage to our roof and siding. In early spring of this year (2025) Garrison worked with our insurance company flawlessly and the process was very easy. They were able to upgrade our shingles twice for the same price. As an elderly widow, I must be very careful about costs and professionalism when searching for people who I will entrust with the safety of my home. I am lucky to have a friend/ General Contractor who will recommend people with the best skills to me. As I was experiencing a recurring leak in my cathedral ceiling, I needed help right away! I was worked into their very busy schedule and the job was finished. Jamie Garrison and Emily have a great Customer Service team beyond the norm in consideration!! Will use them again? You bet! Next time for a full roof replacement!
From the estimate to the completion was top notch. Hannah in the office answered all our questions and helped us through the process. Jason (supervisor) made sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. Jacob (I can’t remember the other 2 workers names) were great and made sure we were getting everything we wanted. Took care of a few additional things my husband wanted. I would highly recommend these guys to do your roof. In comparison with price they were better than the other companies we got estimates from.
