I came in to get my parakeet, Dino, examined and they got me scheduled so quickly and even made room for him as well. Dr. Z was so thorough and knowledgeable with Dino and did all she could for him! I couldn't have asked for a better vet to see him. She was so kind and was truly a light in a hard situation. The other staff and veterinarians are also extremely kind and compassionate. I received his medicine in the cutest hand drawn baggie that I'm going to keep forever! They also sent a flower basket with a very sweet note and I definitely didn't sob.. lol! They truly care about their patients and customers. I can't recommend them enough. <3

Amazing staff! We had an elderly rabbit that needed immediate attention and our vet was not able to fit in an emergency appointment. We called Galloway and they were able to get us an appointment immediately. Dr. Z is extremely knowledgeable about rabbits and was very attentive to our rabbits needs. Sadly we did have to make the difficult decision to help our rabbit cross the rainbow bridge. The quick care and attention provided by the staff was way beyond our expectations. They even followed up with a touching card with handwritten messages of condolence from the whole staff and a lovely flower arrangement. “We had a great experience with Galloway Village. Our dog, Lady, has a lot of anxiety when we’re not around and stayed for a week. During her stay she stopped eating and developed diarrhea, and the staff immediately contacted us to ask permission to treat her. We really appreciated the communication, especially since other boarding places we’ve used in the past never reached out about similar issues. After explaining her anxiety, they kept us updated and let us know she was doing much better after receiving medication.
