I haven’t used the vet services, but came for the 1st to groom my two wheatens. I have to say I was very impressed by the facility. Clara was our groomer at a previous place. One of my dogs has a boat load of anxiety and when we find a groomer who can deal with her we like to keep them. So we followed Clara to her new facility. And as always we love Clara, she always takes time and does what we ask. Wrigley and Ivy
I was able to get our sick dog in the morning I called. We had never been there before. Dr. Henderson and Haley were so good with Tucker. He didn’t even cry out getting a shot. I can’t thank them enough! I will definitely continue to take our dogs there. The lobby has a warm, feels like home type of atmosphere!
Over the summer my son took home his classroom hamster (Phil). Phil got sick in July and I called every vet within 30 minutes of Springfield. Galloway was the only clinic who was willing to help us. They were so kind and compassionate with Phil and our family. Unfortunately, after a few months on the mend, Phil got sick again and passed away. Galloway mailed our family a hand written condolence card, complete with a drawing of Phil. I can’t speak highly enough about this clinic and their staff.
