Ryan Fishel is the only guy you need to call with pool concerns. We bought a house ehere the pool was not kept perhaps as well as it should have been.
It had a mesh top. The mesh top seemed to be largely symbolic as all sorts of debris managed to settle in the pool. It took him a few trips to get it scooped out and the chemical balance where it needed to be.
But Ryan was exceptionally responsive as we learned the ins and outs of pools. At the end of the season, Ryan suggested a hardcover which turned out to be cheaper than I would have expected.
