Don't bother! I only had work done here because it was close to my mom's home and I was here from out of town. Thought Firestone would be a good, reputable shop. I had them put on new tires a few months ago and they tried to tell me that they couldn't get the alignment right because there was a rusted camber bolt on my van that needed replaced and were quoting me about $1200. I told them I would wait and had my own, long time repair shop check. My alignment was perfectly fine and my van doesn't even have camber bolts!!! Then recently my van started to have a hard right pull. I had my usual shop check some brake work they did and everything was fine.... read full review

Korie Kennedy took excellent care of me and my truck. He was very personable, transparent, and communicative. I will continue doing business with this shop and highly recommend anyone in the area comes to this Firestone.

I came in with a heater issue. An awesome technician worked hard on my car and got it fixed. The next day my car would not start and without checking the battery I called and irately blamed the shop. I confirmed it was a battery issue but the heater "wasn't working" again. When I took it in the guys checked my car and found I hadn't let my diesel heat up enough to get the heater working good. This answer did not satisfy me and I once again became irate. The shop manager took his personal time and came to the shop to educate me. It turns out my heater was blowing the correct temperatures after they fixed it, I just personally couldn't tell the... read full review
