I was in an emergency situation and blew out 2 tires. I made a call to this Firestone location for help. Xenos (I hope this is the correct name) went to work quickly to figure out what was in my best interest to replace the tires. Xenos provided the most excellent customer service a person could ask for. He was upfront about all of the costs and options. They were short staffed that day but managed to take care of me and my new tire needs. I couldn’t thank him enough. Because of Xenos I will also use this business for oil changes as well. I was super impressed!!

Had an air conditioning malfunction on our old Land Cruiser on a road trip. This Firestone team was terrific. I’m about 30 minutes, the team was able to diagnose, identify and correct our air-conditioning issue and get us back on the road. We are now continuing our drive with ice cold AC. Zenos, Mayan and Mike We’re extremely helpful and courteous, as were the mechanics. Efficient, informative, honest. Thank you Firestone!
