I gave a 5 because I'm split. I called a number of tire centers, Costco, Sam's Club, others, none had the tires in stock and would take some time to get. I called Firestone and was told they had those tires and could get them right on, might take a couple of hours. Great. I dropped off the car in the morning, hoping to get it around noon. Almost 5, we had to go places and I'd never heard from them. I called, he said they had a little trouble getting the tires in. So, a little sales puff lie about having the tires and I'd have to get it the next day. We had to get someone else to come pick us up and take us to our activity. These guys are always good about getting me in quickly for new tires, an alignment, or a state inspection. I feel like they give me good advice and don't try to sell me on things I don't need. The lifetime alignment is also a great deal. I can get my car aligned as often as I like.

Highly recommend. Quick, high quality, fair price. Fit me in in an emergency. I was on a 2700 mile road trip to drop my daughter at college when my drivers side front tire developed a leak. The place was booked solid on a Saturday, but Erica understood and fit me in.
