Kristen, in particular, shows a true understanding of children and those who need extra care, taking steps such as bringing out toys, playing with kids, and using a tablet to watch Ms. Rachel during haircuts. This thoughtful approach helps kids feel safe and build trust. The salon offers personalized cuts and colors, along with helpful advice for at-home hair care. 10/10 recommend this salon especially for little ones! My son has always struggled sitting still for a cut but did amazing with Kristen! She was so sweet and kind and he loved it! And his hair looked so good too! HIGHLY recommend this excellent salon!
Our experience with Kristen was amazing!!!! We were worried about my son sitting still or being a hassle for his first haircut and all of the girls there were so friendly and catering to everyone’s needs. They have toys and other things to keep them entertained. I definitely will only be coming here in the future and will be recommending extra care hair co to everyone I know!! My daughter loves getting her hair cut by Miss Kate. She loves knowing she can ask for breaks if she’s feeling overwhelmed and Kate is so great at talking her through her hair cut and keeping her busy with toys. We have a great experience each time.
