I have been going to this wax center for 9 years for waxing. Last last I went I had a bad experience but the manager reached out to me and took really good care of me and promised a satisfied service and this time I went I was taken care of by Chloe and let me tell you she is the BEST I have had in the last few years. She was very gentle and quick at the same time. I did not feel any pain during my service, majority of the women that work here are really good! 100% recommend this place for waxing needs!
Love Carmen and Cassi (sp?) here. I had my first Brazillian a few months ago and ended up buying a wax pass because it ended up being cheaper. My man loves the results too. Smooth and soft, no ingrowns or upkeep besides exfoliating at home. The salon is clean, comfy, and parking is easy. I thought I'd feel awkward and self conscious as someone who has lost significant weight and had a tummy tuck less than a year ago. The two ladies I've seen have been super professional and made me feel right at ease. They explain exactly what they're doing as they're working and are very gentle. Highly recommend!!
EDIT: Here we are yet again, and they're not answering their phone during business hours. I've been trying to call all day and I can prove that with the entries on my phone. Two messages left. Callie if you see this, I'm sorry if I don't show for the appointment because your front desk people aren't answering the phone during business hours when your clients want to reschedule. 9:39 am and 2:31 pm. I have left messages and have tried calling at other times today.
I love coming to this place to get my brazilians with Callie. I never have any ingrown hairs or any issues.
