This eye doctor clinic provides excellent service from start to finish. The staff is professional and caring. The doctor, a skilled surgeon, performs procedures well. However, some patients experience issues with follow-up care, including scheduling problems and a perceived unprofessional tone from the surgeon. Despite this, the clinic is still recommended by some patients who appreciate the doctor's expertise, but others may want to exercise caution when choosing a doctor.
Outstanding care received, from Brandi in my initial call, to Summer for the numerous exams and finally with Dr. Prater and Shelly, their professional care, kindness and empathy was most genuine and welcomed. Many thanks, Dave Thater
I always receive excellent service from beginning to end. Dr Tre Neu is excellent with his patients and does a very good job in explaining what is going on and what needs to be done. I highly recommend anyone to this clinic. Jim P
Dr.Thomas-- Took about 3 weeks to get the constellation appt for Lasik but once that was done book the procedure was extremely fast (got me in the next week). Was SO nervous but the staff was amazing- one of the nurses even held my hand during the procedure. I was completely numb and the valium did help. The first laser was only 15 seconds and the second was only 30 seconds. Overall extremely fast, painless, and effective- as I could see 20/20 less than 24 hours later. Pricepoint was also average, at just over 2,000 per eye, but worth every penny!
