I was visiting Springfield on. Saturday and searched for a provider that accepted my insurance. What a friendly, patient staff. I was able to use my benefit, get a new Rx and be on my way

Dr Rachelle Labriere was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely informative and didn’t just go through the motions. She informed me that the technology of the contacts I had been using ever since I started needing corrective lenses, were hugely dated and were damaging my eyes. She explained why and gave me the option of switching to a newer, healthier brand. I had never been told this information before, and was extremely grateful that she took the time to educate me. She was kind, polite, friendly, and professional. I cannot recommend her enough.

The staff and doctors were super helpful and are a great asset to the business and community there.
However would not go back to the retail part to purchase glasses or frames due to very unfriendly staff that work there.
