I had a great 1st experience. Even with having medical conditions that caused some odd questions and concerns, they were addressed kindly and kept in mind during procedure. I had some anxiety and the staff did their best to help me feel comfortable. From the negative reviews I've read, I've experienced the opposite. The waiting room is being updated, they have earpieces to communicate with one another, and they write out a treatment plan that requires a signature before anything is done. I feel blessed to be going to Distintive Dental Solutions. The entire staff is exceptional. Everything they do is explained in detail, and the personal care is, without question, incomparable. I highly recommend Distinctive Dental Solutions.
Went in yesterday with a broken tooth with the nerve exposed, they were very friendly and very thorough. Went over my options and didn't try to talk me in to something I can't afford. I chose the option that best fit for me and was taken care of all in the same day. I will definitely use this office again and will refer friends to them. Great office!
