I had my first facial today with Lily. She explained her process and talked through assessing my skins needs. I don't put the most time into my skin care at this point and Lily didn't judge my lack of routine, push me to purchase any products, or push me to schedule more appointments before I left. She made reasonable recommendations for my skin and how to take care of it with the small amount of self care time I currently have. She was SO incredibly fun to talk with and the information she provides about finding her studio before hand was majorly appreciated! I will 100% be booking with her again and recommending her to friends and family.
Lily offers multiple services and is so professional with each of them. She takes her time and focuses on what you came in for while taking your comfort and healing very seriously. She is super kind and and positive spirited.
