“I have hired Mr. J’s services 3 times in the last year with great success. I found him on a home service app to move furniture around when I needed extra hands.
Some of the jobs I’ve had him work on are: realigned doors with doorways, changing A/C filters, built a kiddos gaming desk and change out chandelier lights in my stairwell with vaulted ceilings. He is not afraid of heights. The biggest project was building and tearing down a metal loft bed. He organized all of the loft bed pieces in a nice and neat display after tear down.
He’s very insightful and has great suggestions for home repairs. He’s very respectful of my home. I trust him in my home while I’m working in another room. He’s easy to communicate with and eager to do a great job at a fantastic price. I always like to have a list of 4 or 5 things for him to do when I call.
He’s will take in any job and let you know if he feels he’s not qualified to proceed with a project. He will reach out to find someone who will.

They helped us filing our claim with state farm and they helped us get our roof, gutters, and one of our bedrooms repaired paid for fully by our Insurance minus the $2,500 Deductible. They offered us financing on our $2,500 deductible and we were approved the same day by their financing company so all in all me and my husband only was out of pocket our deductible on a $26,232 job. They had the roof, gutters, and interior work completely done in 9 days from our first Inspection to our final walk around Inspection. “I had a major leak in my kitchen and basically it had to be gutted and totally redone. It is always very stressful finding the right people to rebuild. KennCo Construction was suggested and they were the right guys for the job. Billy Davis and Zac Martin helped me with insurance paperwork and just all the decision on products and advice all along the way. Jeremy Rouse was the foreman and he was amazing. There was several bumps in the road and changes and Jeremy was very good all along the way. I just appreciate all the attention to details. I have a beautiful new kitchen and dining room.
