We had our patio extended and a hip roof added. Any time we had a question or a concern Chris or his project manager, Aaron, were right there to take care of it. They answered our phone calls and texts in a timely manner. Even with us making several changes Chris was always available to discuss it and was happy to accommodate us. His crew was professional and always arrived when they said they would. We were very happy with the final result
We are very happy with out new deck conceived and constructed by Chris and his team. It took a while from conception to completion, but this was due in part to the scope of the project and waiting on delivery of replacement doors. Our previous deck was 16 years old and falling apart. We replaced it with composite decking and had them built an extension of our roof to cover it. We went beyond our original plan and had the patio beneath the deck screened in. Kyle was the point man on site for our project. His communication was excellent, at the beginning and end of each day that the team worked. He communicated with me very well for other things, such as getting answers from other subcontractors or the home office. His responses were always within a day, usually that day itself, and often within the hour. Along with communication, he was patient with all my questions or concerns. Eli always had a smile on his face and came through with a creative way to fix some ruts left in my lawn from multiple supply deliveries to our back yard. Jordan replaced our doors and was a joy to have around. All three of these, along with everyone else we encountered, were professional, and their work was good. Chris was always available by email and phone, but most of our communicationi was through Kyle when the work started. We are happy with the finished product.Services: Home renovations
Chris and his team did an excellent job adding to and replacing our deck/patio. They tied the covered roof into the existing house making a seamless transition and overall improving the space dramatically. They were easy to work with, responsive to any questions, and seemed to really care about their customer experience. The job was completed in a timely manner and they kept the work area clean and tidy. I am overall pleased in the quality of work and feel I received a good value for the money spent. If you’re considering having a covered patio or deck built, definitely put them at the top of your list.Service: Patio construction
