It's a great spot. Cheap, convenient, and safe. Management is super nice. Lived here for 2 years now .
I love living here! It’s very quiet and peaceful and all my neighbors are nice. I also appreciate how affordable the price of rent is here, especially with how expensive other places have become. They keep up the property very well. I see the maintenance man picking up trash in the parking lot daily which is nice because nobody wants to see litter everywhere. He’s also timely responding to maintenance requests. I like that we can make them in the app instead of having to call.Overall I love my apartment and I plan on staying here for a while :)
Chesterfield Village Apartments are a wonderful place to live!They're always timely when maintenance is needed & are great at keeping in contact while looking into any issues that may arise. The property manager, Colleen, is always so personable & understanding & is always open to feedback on how things could be done differently.
