This is the most helpful place in the world to go get help if you have an addiction or you have trauma of any kind. The people here are the kindest people you'll ever meet and that willing to help you if you're willing to help yourself.

This place is probably one of the best places for mental health and addictions centers . These people go the extra mile to help you succeed in life even with the added problems a person might have or be going through . I appreciate the services provided to us thru various places like probation and parole and cox health and even the police and fire men who might have thought about getting a person some much needed assistance . If anyone deserves a 6 star rating it's this place . Thanks everyone who puts forth a big heart to the Springfield community .

The administration is kind and helpful if you feel something wasn't right with your treatment or counseling and will work with you to fix an issue. I edited this because of my call with them after the issue I posed. There's good people, and not so good people in all fields. Just make sure you voice any feelings you have about counseling you're getting because those with addiction and mental health issues need to feel equal in respect to the people talking with them in my opinion.
