Fantastic Care!
Right after my total knee replacement I fell and broke my leg severely. I've now spent about 16 days at Birch Pointe. I've received above and beyond medical care from some of the most sincere and compassionate staff. Not just to me but all the patients. Nurses Ashley N. and Jessica were so attentive to all my needs. Medication was always given promptly.caregivers Mica,Shawn, Desiree and Connie all gave excellent care. I required much physical therapy and Kristen and Talia provided awesome rehabilitation. My mom, Donita, was recently at Birch Pointe and her stay was as pleasant as a rehab can be! She wanted to recognize 3 individuals for their service. Talia, the physical therapist, was so kind and caring. Very helpful in my moms being able to return home so quickly. Kristina, the occupational therapist, also very kind and caring towards my mom. She helped my mom a lot. And third is Deonna Johnson, an aide I believe, was so nice and made sure my moms stay was as comfortable as could be. Every aspect at Birch Point was fantastic in taking care of our mom. The staff is deeply compassionate to every resident and they work tirelessly to ensure all needs are met. Their kindness and professionalism allowed us to rest at ease with her care when we couldn't be there. And when the end came Lindsey & Cheryl sat by her side sending her off with love & peace.
