Every aspect at Birch Point was fantastic in taking care of our mom. The staff is deeply compassionate to every resident and they work tirelessly to ensure all needs are met. Their kindness and professionalism allowed us to rest at ease with her care when we couldn't be there. And when the end came Lindsey & Cheryl sat by her side sending her off with love & peace. Thank you BP!
I had a friend who was a resident of Birch Pointe. She absolutely LOVED the facility and the staff! Everyone cares for the residents as if they were their own family. My friend eventually passed away and the staff were just as heartbroken as we all were. I highly recommend Birch Pointe. Go in, grab something delicious from their bakery and check out this beautiful facility! You will not be disappointed!
My great Aunt Hazel lived out her last days here she was 104 and she loved living here. If I could give this place 10 Stars I would! She was so well taken care of. The staff was always so friendly and helpful! I would recommend Birch Pointe to anyone looking for a safe and positive place for an elderly family member to live.
