We had a pleasant experience. They took time to discuss the variety of carpets and pads. Was installed several weeks ago, we still like it. Good group to work with. If you have a flooring job coming up, Bearden Carpet is worth a visit.

Luke, Bobby are 2 of the hardest workers I've ever had the pleasure of working with...between the flooring and carpet, I have the utmost respect for those who are in this business. I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Tammy and everyone I encountered at Bearden Carpet. I waited over a month just to get an estimate from another well known carpet company in Springfield; this was after I had to keep calling them for the estimate, which was a few thousand dollars higher than Bearden for the same carpet. Luke and Bobby were the installers and they did a wonderful job. They were at our home on time, helped us move alot of heavy furniture, and were experienced professionals.
