John is absolutely amazing. I rotate my services between deep tissue massage and Neuromuscular therapy. Treatments are intense and extremely effective! John is excellent at listening and seeking out the issues so that he can apply corrective therapy.
Thankful to have found a place where I can get true tension released to prevent migraines. When I started going to John I had migraines twice a week minimum and since going the 1st time they were reduced to twice a month if that. I go monthly now, to keep my migraines at bay and have recently also had shoulder/back pain that John was able to relieve in one session. I can't recommend this place enough.
I am so happy for John being able to start his own business! He is so well-trained, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Seriously the best massages I’ve ever gotten. He knows so much about anatomy and physiology that he is able to get to the root of the problem.He worked at a chain in Springfield before opening his own business at Ascend, and I seeked him out to follow him for his massages. Seriously the best! He is following his calling for sure.
