Got a regular polish pedicure 5 weeks ago. After soaking my feet in water she removed my old gel pedicure by pulling the gel polish off with a nipper/grabber. No polish remover. Polish was old and probably had some lifting, but removal was not what I was expecting considering the consultation prior to booking. Soak off usually involves foil, cotton and remover than a scrape or buff. Pleasant experience otherwise.
