I have had no heat or air for almost a month. I was initially told by a different company that I needed a part, my male friend was told it would cost a few hundred dollars. When I called, I suddenly needed a new unit for $3,000. I am SO glad I called Ally. It is exhausting to be a single female homeowner and have repair companies try to charge me for services I don't need.
