Aire Connection provides wonderful experiences with fair prices and excellent treatment. They completed work the same day, even when a part was going to take days to get. The team is professional, honest, and trustworthy, with no reason to look for any other company. They do excellent jobs cleaning units, changing filters, and getting gas fireplaces working properly. A full new replacement, including duct work, was done efficiently and respectfully. They explain options clearly and give choices for repairs. Bill is good at what he does, and he learns fast. He is the go-to for ductless mini-split maintenance and repair needs.
Bill Maxwell and his crew came out and did a full new replacement, even the duct work under the house as ours was in very rough shape.
They were efficient and respectful. I look forward to working with them in the future through maintaining of the equipment as needed.
Warranty repair of faulty circuit board on mini-split system. Bill is good at what he does, and he learns fast. I will always contact him for my ductless mini-split maintenance and repair needs.
Mr. Maxwell was amazing fixing the issue on the fireplace to keep the pilot light stay on without gone out. Also we took advantage of his visit to do a maintenance/inspection on the furnace. Now, we are 100% ready for any kind of winter. And he was able to come on a Sunday!
