From the time I walk in, until I walked out the the staff made my visit comfortable. Each staff member that worked with me was very helpful and personable. The Dr himself was top notch. They not only made sure that I understood what my insurance would and wouldn't cover, but also what that meant for my visit. Any questions that I had were answered as I were a person and not a number.
