Smithville Animal Hospital, established in 1960, is a caring and friendly place dedicated to your pet's health. They offer excellent medical care and programs designed to keep your animal well. The hospital is known for its compassionate staff who take the time to answer questions and provide valuable recommendations. Patients appreciate their ability to accommodate sick animals and their genuine concern for animal well-being over financial gain. The new staff is very nice and better than the previous owner. They are totally compassionate for being a small town clinic and go out of their way to make everyone welcome. They were open and willing to squeeze a little therapy cat in for reassurance. The staff was awesome, encouraging, relatable, patient, and kind, even with many other owners coming into the clinic with pets under special/difficult circumstances.
