Kabana Tanz is a family-owned tanning salon known for its excellent prices and affordable, fair pricing. The salon is always spotless and kept in good condition. The owner is kind and provides quick, timely customer service. Some front desk staff are described as sweet, polite, and nice, though other staff present can seem unfriendly, rude, or unprofessional. The tanning beds are decent and clean, but they are not the newest; some beds have cracked face tanners and bulbs that may cause burning. The salon itself can be extremely hot inside. It is considered a more affordable, cheaper option for a good tan, especially as the only tanning salon in Smithville.
I have been going here off and on for 5 years, it’s the only tanning salon in Smithville (I think). The beds are always clean and the staff is nice BUT can someone please clean the walls of the rooms? There have been tanning lotion spots on these walls for YEARS. It looks disgusting and makes the business look unclean. Take a little bit more pride in your business.
We wanted to switch beds and have more information from our first visit! They were very nice and took care of us and gave us all the information we wanted! We appreciated being taken care of and taking the time to change our plan! Definitely would recommend!
I have been using this tanning salon for well over ten years since we moved here. Amy is always a pleasure to talk to and does her best in hiring good people to work the front desk. Always clean and plenty of choices on lotions and moisturizers. If I was going to have any negative thing to say it would be I wish they opened earlier on weekends. Great place to get your tan on!!!😎😎😎
