We switched banks about four months ago and have had nothing but fantastic service from the staff at Central Bank on Main Street in Smithville. Last week we saw a good interest rate at another bank and was going to move some savings around and talking to Kelli over there. She did some work and was able to get us a better rate so we didn’t have to move our saving. 5 star Kelli

After moving to the area I created an account with Brittany Ann's help. She was very personable and easy to work with. She also followed up with me multiple times afterward to make sure I didn't need further assistance. A great experience!

I can’t say enough about the service at Central Bank downtown Smithville on main street. The reason my entire family banks there is because of the convenience of downtown and the friendly employees. Debbie is the best!!! Thank you all for working for us ! 5 stars!!!!
