I took my fur baby(100 lb. Lab mix) here for his annual yesterday. This was my first visit. I had used the other Smithville vet and he had ignored what I brought my dog in for and instead tried to upsale everything except for my pets issue. Please use Brisbane. The front desk girls and the tech were amazing and so helpful. Dr. Jessica was kind and very informative about how my baby was. They were practical informational and my hyperactive baby was handled with care.
Dr. Maggie and the team came to my rescue on Wednesday for my horse Jazzy. And I could not ever be more grateful for their dedication and kindness! I will always use them for my equine and dog care!
I won’t ever take my pets anywhere else! My 9 year old lab had a tumor removed and had natural complications that could have led to amputation or worse. Dr. Brisbane and Dr. Maggie were so compassionate as I was dealing with all the emotions and fears involved. It is evident that they genuinely cared about my pup’s health and recovery. They worked diligently, seeing my girl several days a week, to ensure that circulation was restored to her foot and her leg was properly bandaged.
