Elegant Nails is a nail salon that provides a pleasant customer experience. The salon is often busy, but the wait time is reasonable. The staff is polite, detailed in their work, and aim to fulfill the customers' requests. They are also accommodating, staying late and calling in additional help to ensure all customers are served. Customers have praised the affordable pricing and the high-quality of the acrylic nail services. While there have been some past issues, the salon has improved, and customers now receive respectful and attentive service.
After reading the reviews and seeing the pictures I chose this location to get my first set of French tips done for my birthday, and I’m VERY happy about my decision. The workers were very friendly and made my comfort and care a priority. They have reasonable prices and have phenomenal art skills. I’m very happy with how they turned out and will be returning!
The best manicure and pedicure around! New owners and newly remodeled and extremely clean salon. I highly recommend! A special thank you Anthony for always taking good care of my nails!!!
I had bad experiences when there was previous owners but I’ve been twice since the new owners and Amy has done my nails twice and they have been some of the best I’ve ever had!
