My husband and I were literally blown away by D. J. Hayes from Thomas Independent Plumbing services. When he said he was going to be here, he was on Friday afternoon, April 26, 2024. He was going to replace our toilet the same day tile installers had completed our floors. When he saw the toilet we had to have reinstalled, he was so forthright to inform us of our options. His recommendation made perfect sense and I finally got rid of the toilet I've hated since I bought it Customer Services seems to have disappeared since Covid, but now I feel that Thomas Plumbing and D.J. have helped it return. Customer service was prompt, detailed, and friendly. The gentleman who did the repairs walked me through the issues that needed addressing and was very thorough with his work. Consider them if you need a toilet fixed and an unknown leak checked out!

They replaced a hot water recirc pump, put a timer on it so we could decide when to have continuous hot water in the bathrooms, then they upgraded a toilette powerflush insert so we didn't have to change out the entire toilette. Super smart and reliable service team!
