“Everything went fine with the Service call. Apparently whirlpool decided to discountinue the main circuit board on a 5/6 year old machine which is ridiculous but that had nothing to do with the service call. Benitz did all they could. Would have decided on getting new machine anyway since part would have been around 300 if it had been available. Paid 99 for the service call and testing of machine. I would not hesitate to call on Benitz again.“

“I contacted Mike at A-1 service to get an estimate for a complete furnace replacement. I also needed the return and filtration system relocated to be easier to service. A-1 was the second place I called for an estimate and I'm glad I did. Mike came to the house and approached the situation with a different plan that was affordable and useful.
