Everything went fine with the Service call. Apparently whirlpool decided to discountinue the main circuit board on a 5/6 year old machine which is ridiculous but that had nothing to do with the service call. Benitz did all they could. Would have decided on getting new machine anyway since part would have been around 300 if it had been available. Paid 99 for the service call and testing of machine. I would not hesitate to call on Benitz again.

Our HVAC system of 25yrs was beginning to experience consistent failures and we decided to replace the HVAC system. We contacted several installers and asked for bids We compared the bids and chose benitz .we have worked with them for over 50yrs, and have always been satisfied. They have came to our aid promptly. Made the needed repairs and for a reasonable price. This was an expensive decision, but benitz staffing, from receptionist to installers were able, quick and efficient. We are very pleased with the entire experience. We would absolutely use them again. Thank you. John and Helene Wolf
