We are like most of you and have had our taxes done here and when they was on main st. There was a period of time we did go to a few different tax preparers and just wasnt pleased. As for mistakes made. Only once and it was the tax mans error. It was quite upsetting after paying them $100 plus. An that mistake ended up costing us and screwed up that yr. I felt at least give us back the fee to prepare and file. Partial would of been nice. But no way! Everyone makes mistakes! However, when you are paying alot for a service and the business could basically care less. They got what they wanted and you are just a number. Not good for them or you. Shame on you.
