INCREDIBLE customer service! From scheduling the after hours appointment, to Geoffrey explaining everything to me, their service is the absolute best. Yesterday I had a service call because I got warnings on my thermostat. Brandon came out to check out everything and didn’t find any problems. I had changed my internet service and Brandon said that it might have been a glitch because of the new internet. I was very thankful!
This was my first experience with Meyer Heating & Air. The service technician Geoffrey Dames was very polite, knowledgeable & thorough. I am presently having them do an additional job & am hoping that Geoffrey is assigned to my job. I am very pleased with the Tech & the Company.
