They have been helpful every time I've called them. But I'll note that they will not deal with any home warranty services. Hardly anyone in Salem, MO will. I use them mainly because they installed our geothermal heat/air system, so they know it. It seems not many companies are very familiar with this kind of system.
I have used their services in the past. They installed a duel fuel Lennox heat pump to replace a wood furnace in my current home. We are planning on moving to a place we recently purchased. They are going to install a mini split system to take care of a sunroom. I am very confident in Victor Heating & Cooling. They have a top notch operation.
God bless this company. My grandparents built their house with a unique geothermal system about 15 years ago. One of a kind, and the only in the area, it has proved to be of no issue for them to maintain and repair. The few times we have called them, same-day service is rendered and the estimated times to get parts has always been correct.Service has been amazing, very courteous and extremely helpful.
