My air condition stopped working so I called my house warranty place. They assigned the repairs to a person. He showed up, misdiagnosed the problem and said was going to return with parts and for over 3-4 weeks I did not hear from him. The warranty company re-assigned the work to Salem Heating and Cooling. He disagreed with the previous persons diagnosis of the problem. It did not take him long to figure out the the problem and he was able to fix it just like that. I also had a heating problem which was assigned to Salem. In this freezing cold temperatures he came, diagnosed the problem and went back for parts to fix the problem.
