Hoping to change this but it's not looking promising. 2 months ago our basement flooded. This company came out and this part of the job was absolutely amazing. Employees were super informative and kind. Fast forward to 2 months after the water damage. Waiting and waiting for our floor to be installed. Job was supposed to be started today. Contractor apparently has an emergency and a new one is brought in. We are told possibly tomorrow but they dont know. A new contractor found so fast after being told weeks they had non available. I use this space in our home to board dogs and have not been able to do so. The dogs I do have were moved to another floor of our home due to flooring being started today. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'd never recommend this company and will be letting our local military know not to use this company if insurance suggests.
