I have a fearful dog that hates even being on a leash. I had to take him in for a broken nail. They let us wait in the car and came to tell us when it was clear for him to come in. One of the ladies even helped me get him out the car, which is one of the worst parts. The gentleman and the two ladies that helped me and my dog from start to finish were so incredibly patient, professional, and gentle. Thank you 1000 times, highly recommend to anyone in the area!
I found myself in a time sensitive situation when I was TDY to Fort Leonard Wood and my pet needed some dental work done. After calling the on post veterinary clinic all week and not getting a response to voicemails, I reached out to Best Friends.
Unfortunately due to my time constraints and their scheduling, they were unable to see my pet in time. However, the receptionist was kind enough to take time out of her day to give me a list and recommendations in the local area who may be able to help me. One of her recommendations was able to see my pet in time and complete the dental work.

This veterinary office has gone above and beyond for my little dog. The front desk personnel are always friendly and welcoming, especially Tina. She rushed my dog to the back without blinking an eye after I brought him because I thought he had a life-threatening emergency and has always been so compassionate and caring toward myself and my little dog. The vet techs are always cheerful and friendly and really seem to like being around the animals. The Veterinarians themselves have been the best we have ever taken our dog to. They do what it takes to make sure the pets they see are well taken care of.
