I’m disappointed to leave a negative review, but this has been a genuinely poor experience.
I went to the ER and needed a time-sensitive follow-up with a primary care provider. I chose this office as a new patient and initially had a good visit—Dr. Casteel was kind and helpful. However, I was very ill at the time, unable to eat and experiencing what felt like allergic-type reactions to food. I was also started on a new antidepressant that required follow-up.
I scheduled my follow-up and coordinated time off work. That appointment was rescheduled once due to the provider being out of office. I understood and adjusted my schedule.
My rescheduled appointment is now approaching, and it has been pushed back a second time for the same reason. When I expressed concern, I was met with a dismissive response from staff: “I have no control over when she takes time off.”
I understand providers need time off, but repeatedly delaying care for a patient who required ER follow-up and is still dealing with unresolved symptoms is not acceptable. At no point was I offered another provider, an earlier appointment, or any effort to prioritize care.
At this point, I’ve spent months trying to get follow-up for an issue serious enough to send me to the ER, with no resolution.
I hope this improves, as I would like to continue care here if scheduling becomes more reliable.

NP Casteel was amazing, after not having primary care for years I feel like I have someone I can trust. Can’t wait for the next visit!

I was hopping to find a new Doctor close to home. I provided my health insurance cards and the lady at the desk says " I don't know how to put in new info" she made a copy of my insurance cards for someone else to put in. Here it is a month and a half later I receive a bill an when I call to have them take care of it and get told I need to call account services and get it handled. Its not my job to their job. I will not be returning as I don't have time to mess with a Dr office that cant provide a professional service.

Dr Beaumont and Shelly are both amazing. My kids and I have been going to this clinic for 12 years. Dr Beaumont listens to my concerns and gives the best care possible. Shelly is amazing she listened to my daughter the other day when she said she didn't feel good. All test Shelly ran came back negative, Shelly sent us to Mercy ER for kids and they did test again negative. Needless to say with chest x-ray my daughter has pneumonia but no common signs of it. Thank you Shelly for not blowing it off and saying well all test negative go home.

I took my diabetic daughter to the walk-in clinic and they refused to see her when she was sick and also SCREAMED at me at the top of their lungs when I simply asked if they were going to see her or not. Then she demanded me to leave and go to the ER. Serena and another nurse were the ones who I had the issues with. VERY RUDE AND VERY UNCONCERNED WITH MY INFANT DIABETIC DAUGHTER'S NEEDS. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN EVER!!

Had a very nice experience of being able to just walk in and be seen for severe sinus pain. They were able to help me get a prescription quickly for my issue.

There isn’t enough words to describe how disappointed I am in Dr Beaumont, she seen my husband in August for a mole that turned colors drastically. Her words were “That’s a scab” I demanded a referral to see a dermatologist, and she was hesitant about sending one over, even after I told her I know my husbands body. She did finally send one over. When he seen the dermatologist biopsy sent off he had MELANOMA.When a someone voices a concern, she needs to actually listen and not disregard.I did contact Crystal the manager of the clinic, and it seemed it was force sympathy and stated she never said that because it wasn’t in his chart. My call was solely based for her to educate her providers, and to actually listen to their complaints.
