Tyler Wax and Scott Brown were awesome and both did a great job fixing my AC and reconnecting my Heater. Plus the people at Heroic got me in sooner now I have heat and ready for the winter thanks Heroic! ?

So… there I was, “Calling around to different AC/HT companies to get to come to my house to service my unit.” All were booked for a few days out. I had one company come out to see my unit and quoted $12k - 18k to replace the entire unit. The rep didn’t bother to assess the unit.
I search through Google maps for AC/HT repair and saw Heroic. The company popped up second with the search results. This is day three of me searching for a repair tech.
I called, they assessed my situation by phone and the next morning a tech was there (Toddler). He was courteous and professional on the call and gave me options! Customer service over... read full review

Contacted Heroic on Tuesday morning they were able to get someone out that afternoon. We were very pleased, will most definitely use them for any future needs. Tyler was our technician he was a nice young man. That explained everything he did.
