Tyler Wax and Scott Brown were awesome and both did a great job fixing my AC and reconnecting my Heater. Plus the people at Heroic got me in sooner now I have heat and ready for the winter thanks Heroic! 😊

So… there I was, “Calling around to different AC/HT companies to get to come to my house to service my unit.” All were booked for a few days out. I had one company come out to see my unit and quoted $12k - 18k to replace the entire unit. The rep didn’t bother to assess the unit.
I search through Google maps for AC/HT repair and saw Heroic. The company popped up second with the search results. This is day three of me searching for a repair tech.
I called, they assessed my situation by phone and the next morning a tech was there (Toddler). He was courteous and professional on the call and gave me options! Customer service over the phone sold me.
The gentleman came to my house and immediately reviewed the unit and back briefed me with what all was happening. Needless to say… it wasn’t a $12k - 18k job. He fixed the issue, I still have my old unit and it’s live and thriving! I would recommend this company to everyone I know! Thank you for all that was completed! Five stars will not articulate the work that was done!

Contacted Heroic on Tuesday morning they were able to get someone out that afternoon. We were very pleased, will most definitely use them for any future needs. Tyler was our technician he was a nice young man. That explained everything he did.

I got in touch with Steve at Heroic about an issue with one of my clients homes and their heat not working. He was quick to respond and had same day turn around in getting the furnace fixed for me and my clients. I have used their company in the past as well and always had a great experience. Called for a spring ac tune up, they were very prompt and responsive in contacting and showing up when they said they would.
