Plumber Austin came out to assist me in my toilet and water heater problem! We both came to a conclusion the water heater had seen better days since we couldn't even find it on the internet! He was very polite and very careful taking the old one out, draining it, and installing the new one! We even did a little DIY fit in it the closet deal. He installed it to perfection and jumped onto fixing the toilet issue. Really appreciate him making sure everything was good before he left. I highly recommend this guy and I know who to call for future plumbing concerns!

This was the second time that we used Mr. Rooter for a plumbing issue and they did a great job both times. This time our technician was Austin. He fixed the issue in a timely fashion left absolutely no mess and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our issue this time was a leak in the water line near our water meter.
