Great gym for people looking to set goals and achieve them. Everyone here if friendly and knowledgeable. You won't have any problems asking someone to spot you when you're trying to set PR's.
Great and clean gym! Friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for a better environment. As an experienced lifter they have everything you need, and if you are new, they will show you the tools to be successful.
Absolutely recommend this new gym to anyone and everyone looking for a gym sanctuary and/or “Haus Of Gainz” and/or wants to visit GAINZville Missouri. Good equipment, nice size gym, three baths, two showers, good people, an awesome cafe in the same building, and one of the best gym owners you’ll ever meet. Out of all of the Anytime Fitness locations in the area, this is my new favorite one to go to. Check it out if you’re in the St Clair area.
