Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin except to say that Alcion at Urban Roots is a godsend!! She is absolutely top-notch—professional, talented, and has a heart of gold.
She took extra time with me to go over everything and really listened to what I wanted. My hair was a mess from a previous hairstylist, and somehow Alcion worked her magic! I left feeling like a brand-new person and absolutely loving my hair!!

Alcion was absolutely amazing. I have been wearing my hair in an A line Bob for years. First having it done in Texas. I have struggled for years finding someone that could get my back high and sides angled the right way, after leaving Texas. But Alcion nailed it. I'm extremely happy and I am most definitely a new forever client. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing.
this salon is SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER GOOD!! Alcion did me and my mamas hair really good!! Shes super nice and is VERY honest to you about how the haircut or look you get would suit you very well! :3 She does very well with curly hair, but she does well with any hair anyway! :D
