Ladies, if you are getting older and notice your brows thinning - do not wait. Go see Laycee. I had no idea what a difference a tint/lamination could make. I have naturally dark brows so I didn’t think a brow tint would do anything for me. Wow! Was I wrong. My brows look twice as full and are shaped beautifully as well. Thank you Urban Esti!
