I can’t say enough good about Chris and his crews at Polar, They have always been prompt and professional when dealing with my hvac problems. When I finally needed a new heat pump, Polars price was considerably less than the quotes I had from other places nearby, including the company that installed the original unit. Chris will always be my first call, and my first reference to anyone else who needs the services he provides.

Contacted Jackson at 815 am. and said he'd fit me in later today, yay! 1000 he called back asking if he can come out, yep, showed up at 1030. Troubleshoot, bad starting cap on the blower motor, replaced. Checked outside unit, we're full, but the relay is humming, replaced, cleaned up, and done by Noon! Fantastic, less than $200 and we're cooling fine now. Big thanks to POLAR and Jackson ?!
