NP Lortz and Lambeth are super sweet people, and they truly care for their patients. I've been treated by both, and they showed compassion towards me and my health issues. There's also a nurse there who I can't think of her name, and she's an absolute doll! So sweet and caring.Cody Sells on the other hand is a high strung pompous that should be fired! As others have stated, he's arrogant, doesn't listen and is flat-out rude. I wouldn't even take my pet chickens to be treated by him!

Travelling through MO with an ear infection wasn't fun. I finally broke down and stopped at this facility. What I experienced was amazing from the moment I walked in the front door. The people here care and it is genuine. You can feel it. I rarely see a Dr and this place restores so much faith in the entire medical industry for me. I can't thank you enough.

I took my son here recently for what ended up being strep throat. Everyone we encountered during the visit was phenomenol (two receptionists, a nurse, and the NP). I wish I knew the names of everyone, because our experiences can certainly differ based upon with whom we interact. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. After a diagnosis and a question of liquid or pill preference, the NP, Craig Tatom, gave my son his first dose of antibiotics since my pharmacy was closed for the evening. Craig was great and spoke to my son in a manner which made him comfortable. Cool guy! I'd definitely choose to be seen by him any time we go to this location if I could!
