Kingshighway robbery!!! Glenda had my information from last year and this year I had the easiest taxes anybody could do, especially a tax preparer which would take her all of ten minutes to do. She charged me $195.00 for that teeny bit of work. Ridiculous! I won't be back!!!!
They helped us file the paperwork to close our LLC and completed the wrong forms. We contacted them multiple times to request help correcting the situation. We emailed repeatedly, called, and visited their office leaving the information with the receptionist. We were totally ignored. Very unprofessional.
Absolutely don't recommend, they took 6 months to file my taxes, the lady referred to it as a 5 minute job and they charged me $400, when I got no return based on the fact that they had to file and extension. Highly don't recommend!
