“I was just thinking of Jo Ann this afternoon and I have been hoping to give her a good review, as she did a great job with our taxes last year even though my paperwork was not in the best order. Jo Ann seems to prefer order, but she was patient with our imperfections. She was just right for me and I recommend her, especially to those who would have their paperwork in order. She is a sweet lady and doesn't necessarily understand those who all unorganized, so do yourself and her some justice and do your best to be ready with the right paperwork.“
