The team showed up almost exactly on time and installed two units in 4 hours. They were courteous, informed, and clean. Could not have asked for a better installation team. The units bought are also very nice.
Separate visit on 1/2025. A furnace went out at 5:30pm. I called the after hours number. The Vaughn team showed up and repaired the furnace (igniter) by 6:45pm. Awesome service.
Christian quickly figured out what was wrong with our AC, replaced a needed part and ordered and additional one, and checked our filter all within a 20-minute visit. He arrived right on time and was very courteous. Highly recommend!
If you are buying a home make sure you get a home inspection and include as part of this inspection a service of your furnace and AC system and have the dryer vent cleaned. Vaughn Heating & Cooling will do this for you and it could save your life. There was a wire screen at the top of the dryer vent where the vent empty's out at the roof area. This was installed to prevent birds from getting in the vent however the vent has a built in flap and so the wire screen was not needed. Over time this wire screen had built up so much lent from the dryer that it caused the dryer vent to be completely clogged which creates a fire hazard.
